Visitor counts, referrals and reviews

When enabled, internal visitor counts use daily keyed hashes of network address and browser type; raw addresses and full referring URLs are not stored. Detail is retained for up to 90 days and owner visits, obvious bots and Do Not Track requests are excluded. Referral links may attribute a new account to a referrer in the same browser session for up to 30 days. Referrers see counts, not your name or email. Reviews require a verified account email and moderation. Public email links are optional and can be withdrawn with the review. No external advertising or analytics scripts are used.

Information collected

We store your name, email address, hashed password, membership and payment-reference history, optional personal journal entries, and contact enquiries. We use limited security records, including hashed rate-limit identifiers, to protect accounts. We do not collect card numbers or bookmaker passwords.

Purpose and sharing

Information is used to authenticate you, administer access, review manual payments, maintain your journal, answer enquiries and send service notices. Optional racing email alerts are controlled in My Account. Hosting, SMTP and your chosen payment provider process the information needed to provide their services. The operator does not sell your personal information.

Cookies and email

Essential session cookies maintain sign-in, installation and form security. They are not advertising cookies. Account verification, password resets, membership updates and expiry reminders are service messages. You may switch racing alerts off in My Account.

Security and retention

Passwords are hashed and SMTP credentials are encrypted at rest. Personal journals are restricted to their account owner in the application. Hosting administrators and database backups still have technical access. Account, payment and support records may be retained for legitimate operational and legal requirements. The operator must set jurisdiction-appropriate retention periods.

Your requests

Use the contact page to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information. Identity verification and applicable legal retention obligations may affect how a request is handled. The operator must identify applicable regulators, data processors and international-transfer safeguards for the launch jurisdiction.
