The service

Hortenze provides horse-racing analysis, selections, price parameters, education and personal tracking tools. It does not accept bets, place wagers on your behalf, pool stakes or hold betting funds. Membership payments purchase access to information only.

No guaranteed outcome

Horse-racing outcomes are uncertain. Ratings, recommendations and past results do not guarantee a win, profit, income or recovery of losses. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for ensuring participation is lawful where you live.

Membership and payments

Membership periods are fixed durations shown before you request access. Payments are verified manually by the operator. Approved codes activate the specified duration when redeemed. Renewals extend any remaining active period. There is no automatic recurring billing. Keep your account credentials private.

Cancellation and refunds

The operator must supply cancellation and refund terms before opening public sales.

Account restrictions

Access may be suspended for payment disputes, misuse, terms violations or user requests. Suspended accounts cannot bypass the restriction by redeeming another code. Reactivation does not automatically restore days elapsed during suspension unless the operator extends access.

Records and acceptable use

Original published selections are retained. Later calls, results and corrections are recorded separately. Prices may change and may not be available to every member. Do not resell protected content, scrape member pages, impersonate users or attempt to bypass access controls.

Availability and liability

The service may pause for maintenance or data correction. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for betting losses or decisions made using the content. Nothing in these terms excludes legal rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded. The operator must confirm applicable dispute and governing-law terms for the stated jurisdiction.
